A BIT OF BACKGROUND

We’re a family of 5 that love what we do! We started Triad Doodles( formally Virginia is for Doodles) back in October of 2018. 

 

Over the past few years we’ve had people ask us what made us get into the doodle business. When we were searching for our Honey (our OG, who is retired now❤️) It was very difficult trying to find a goldendoodle puppy not raised in a barn or a shed. We wanted to find a place that our puppy was raised in someone’s home. As many of you know, that is hard to find. 

 

Ryan comes from a family of breeders. His mother raises Shih Tzu’s, his grandfather raised German shorthaired pointers, and his brother raises goldendoodles as well. Runs in his blood! lol We fell in love with the GoldenDoodle, and wanted to offer a place where families could get their pet from a place that raised their little pup right in their home with their family. Some people I’m sure think we’re crazy for doing that. We have 3 small kids ages, 10, 8, and 6. So our life is busy alone lol.. but it has been such a joy meeting all of the families that have gotten a puppy from us over the years. Some have become like family. We like to keep in touch with the families as much as we can. We have an additional Facebook page for families that have gotten puppies from us in the past. That is called Triad Doodles Family. That page helps us stay extra connected with our current, and previous Doodle Family. We become so attached to these little puppies, and love seeing them grow up. I always get so emotional when it’s time for puppy pickup day, but nothing can compare to seeing the joy on everyone’s face when they take their little puppy home.❤️
